Sylvie Glanzberg writes: I am a mixed media visual artist who works at her studio in Kingston, Ontario. Making art brings me serenity and gives me a place to meditate and for many years mandalas have been part of both my artistic and mental health journeys. My teaching experience ranges across age groups from adults in the French department of Queens University to children in the Limestone District School Board. Retiring in 2018, I now have more time for my passion for painting.

Mindfulness through Zentangle
