
This show will explore ideas of place – real or imaginary, abstract or representational – and homes made by humans or other beings. What if your place was in the river’s depths or on Mars? What makes a home? How might art help house humanity? What if I contracted a wasp to design my next dwelling?

This will be a small exhibition mounted in the GAN Bullock gallery. Open to GAN Insiders. All media are encouraged. Curated by the Exhibition Committee, choices will be based on creating a varied exploration of the concept given the limited space.
Proposals are invited by Monday, January 9, 2023. Please send photo(s) of your work, along with size and media, to exhibitions@ganarts.ca
Accepted work will be due for submission by noon, Saturday, January 21 to 167 King St. E. for installation in the space. An opening will be held Sunday, January 22, 3 to 5pm.
